Madisyn Maxxwell as Sandy Shore and Kara Kai of Best 4 Business defeated Tara Strike and Ashley Blaze (Strike & Blaze) to secure their first title win. This is now the second title of the year for the Madi Media CEO.

As the main event of Episode 436, Sandy Shore and Kara Kai gained their first title match alongside being the headline of the episode with significant promo footage and backstory coverage. This edition of Women of Wrestling (WOW) was centered on Sandy’s and Kara’s match against the tag team title holders Tara and Ashley. Promo footage included an outside‑the‑match view with Sandy and Kara in Las Vegas and full coverage of everything leading to this match including the formation of Best 4 Business, the Miami Sweet Heat fire event, and the three‑way tag team match that resulted in Strike & Blaze beating Sandy and Kara.

Match Start – Sandy’s Run
The headline event started with Sandy Shore challenging Ashley Blaze and then running directly outside the ring. With the run around the ring, Sandy was able to tire Ashley; however, it was not visible at first as Ashley proceeded to take control of the match when Sandy re‑entered the ring. Ashley delivered several hits, takedowns to Sandy, and a two‑count pin, which required Sandy to tag out and bring in Kara.
Middle Match – Kara Kai and Sandy Shore Take Control
Kara entered the ring facing Tara Strike and was immediately ambushed by Tara. A back‑and‑forth attack from Tara and Ashley then proceeded. In a move that broke up the Strike & Blaze momentum, Kara landed a rope‑side hit against Ashley. Kara was then able to gain control and proceeded with a series of hits. Sandy was then tagged in, and Kara and Sandy teamed up to perform a double hip hit and a kick to the front and back of Ashley. Kara then exited the ring, and Sandy attempted a pin after several leg‑lock holds against Ashley. Sandy and Kara then proceeded to gain control of the match with an extended series of hits that Ashley was not able to break out of. This led to Ashley getting stuck in a headlock rope pose with Kara and Sandy.
Match End
Kara and Sandy then proceeded with a double side Russian. Sandy then took over the attack against Ashley with a two‑count pin and further hits. Sandy got Ashley into another pin; however, she was interrupted by a rattled Tara Strike. Sandy would then get Ashley back into another pin, this time a 2.9‑count pin that looked like a 3‑count. Sandy challenged referee Jeff McGowan’s ruling to no avail. Ashley was then able to break free and tag in Tara. At the same time, Sandy tagged in Kara. Tara proceeded with a series of hits and a pin on Kara; however, Sandy ran into the ring, broke up the pin, and then proceeded with a leg hit on Ashley at the ringside edge. Kara then regained control and locked Tara in a backslide tights pin that led to a 3‑count win.
Ending Commentary
“Your winners, and new WOW World Tag Team Champions, Kara Kai and Sandy Shore. They are Best 4 Business.”
David McLane: “Not the sort of shock. I don’t know what the heck happened.”
Nigel Zane: “She just stole the World Tag Team Championship from her former best friend and now best… I can’t believe we’re seeing this, David.”
David: “Kara Kai managed to roll up her friend Tara.”
Nigel: “Former friend.”
David: “That’s right. And she pulled on those tights right in the ring. And they have pulled off what has to be considered an upset. Best 4 Business, just forming a tag team, was able to beat Tara and Ashley Blaze. Best 4 Business are the new WOW Tag Team Champions of the World. Holy smokes.”
